FAQ

What’s the difference between an Original and a Print?
Originals are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted watercolor pieces - painted by me with real brush and pigment. There’s only one of each! The paper is a little thicker with a beautiful texture, pigments might be a little more rich, and metallic paint (if used) shines brightly.

Watercolor Prints are Gilcee prints: high-quality reproductions of my original watercolor work, professionally scanned and printed on archival paper. There is still a nice, subtle texture to the paper. They’re a great way to enjoy the art at a more accessible price point.

Lyrics are hand-stamped on each piece, regardless of if it is an original or a print. (It just looks the best!)

What are Hand-Carved Block Prints?
Each piece in this collection begins as a hand-carved block, printed by hand on paper with whimsical watercolor details. These prints are small-batch and entirely handmade - textured, tactile, and one-of-a-kind.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love working with people to turn a favorite lyrics, setlist, or memory into a unique piece. You can submit a request via the Contact form on the site - please include any band/song ideas, color preferences, or size requests. I’ll follow up with detail and pricing.

How long does it take to ship my order?
For ready-to-ship items (prints, stickers), I typically ship within 2 business days.

Custom orders will have a longer timeline, ranging from a week to a month dependent on a variety of factors, which I’ll confirm with you up front!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made or printed to order, all sales are final. That said, if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please reach out and we’ll work something out.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, I only offer shipping within the U.S.

If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, please contact me - I’ll do my best to accomodate.

Are pieces framed?
No - all originals and prints are sold unframed so you can choose your own display style. I am happy to recommend framing sizes if you’re unsure!

How should I care for my artwork?
Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and frame it behind glass for best protection. Avoid high humidity (like bathrooms) to keep watercolor textures crisp.
